What information does RankTheTrades collect?
RankTheTrades collects contact information submitted through the free check-up form — name, agency name, email address, trade and geography details, and the marketing challenge described in the form. We also collect standard website analytics data (page views, traffic source, session duration) through Google Analytics.
How is submitted information used?
Information submitted through the contact form is used exclusively to respond to the check-up request and, if a client relationship begins, to deliver the contracted services. We do not sell, share, or rent contact information to third parties. Email addresses are not added to marketing lists without explicit opt-in.
How can you request removal of your information?
To request removal of your information from our records, email us directly at the address on the contact page. We will confirm removal within 10 business days. Analytics data is anonymized and cannot be attributed to specific individuals.
